Modalities of distance selling on

Any person making a purchase via the website
Hereinafter called « the Buyer ».

These terms define the distance selling arrangements between the Company and the Buyer, from order to payment and delivery.
They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the tracking of this order between the contracting parties.
Any confirmation by the client of an order placed on the site implies irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
The Buyer should be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to place an order on the website.

Article 1: Compliance and availability of products

Products offered for sale by the Company are those listed on the page « News-In », the day of their consultation by the Buyer.
All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability.

If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and offer you an alternative product if one is available or a full refund.
All goods have been fairly described. Any weights and dimensions given about the goods shall be taken as approximations. The photos are not binding.

Special case: Bespoke and Setting of your stones

  • For a « Bespoke » command referring to unique piece from an old creation, Nathalie Iuso will create a new one, based on the desired model. Of course there will be some differences between the photo on the website and this new bespoke creation made for you, a guarantee of handcrafted work but also due to the nature and uniqueness of materials used, especially fine or precious stones, mother of pearl, amber and natural organic matters.

    For all bespoke creation Nathalie Iuso, in order to complete the custom made jewellery, will require a few details via e-mail and send you some photos so you can make sure you like the design and confirm your order with complete certainty.

    After this confirmation, an invoice will be sent to you to proceed to the online payment. The order will be processed upon receipt thereof and the delivery times will apply from that time.

  • For the « Bespoke stone setting » the best way is to meet Nathalie Iuso at the boutique « Le Studio 14 » in Paris.

    Otherwise you can send her by e-mail, a description of your stone (name, size in cm, shape...), the idea of the model and the metal you want, then she will tell you how to proceed and send your stone by Post service.

    Nathalie Iuso disclaim all liability for any damage incurred during transport and setting of the stone.
    If shipping a stone for a setting, a packing with bubbles is recommended.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to « Bespoke creations » and « Bespoke stone setting ».

Article 2: Changes to the Terms

The Society reserve the right to change these terms of sale from time to time. If modified, the general terms and conditions applied will be those in effect at the date of the order.

Article 3: Price

The prices indicated on this website do not include transport costs which will be added.
The company takes advantage of a VAT exemption, the VAT will not be mentioned on the invoice (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).
For all products shipped outside the European Union (and DOM TOM), the price will be automatically calculated excluding VAT.
Customs duties or other taxes or import duties or state taxes may apply. All prices on this website dos not include the amount of any Buyer Taxes. These duties and taxes do not fall within the purview of

Article 4: Payment and security payment

The payment method is Paypal-Email. Paypal-Email enables the Buyer to receive an invoice by e-mail then proceed to the online payment on PayPal secure website with his credit card or his PayPal account.

Full payment must be made when ordering a product. At no point, shall any of the amounts given be considered as an instalment or a deposit.

Regarding the payment by credit card online or by Paypal account, the confidential data concerning the means of payment can not be accessed by the Company but managed directly by the PayPal website security service.

The Buyer undertakes that all details provided to Nathalie Iuso for the purpose of the order and its delivery will be correct and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the goods ordered.

Nathalie Iuso shall be entitled to suspend or cancel any order and/or any delivery, whatever the nature or state of progress thereof, if any monies due by the Buyer are not paid or if there are any other problems with the customer’s payment.

Should a Buyer fail to pay or pay late for all or part of a previous order, any subsequent orders placed by the Buyer may be refused and any pending deliveries for the Buyer may be suspended.

Article 5: Delivery and Shipping

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form. The Buyer must verify the state of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage found to the Post office and to Nathalie Iuso within five working days.

All shipments are insured by « French Collissimo », an international tracked and signed service, which requires a signature upon receipt.

Delivery times vary greatly depending on your order's destination and its distance from France, generally one week for Europe and three weeks for USA and Australia, from the day Nathalie Iuso receives your payment.

Due to the specific nature of Nathalie Iuso's calendar, all delivery times of the « Bespoke Creation » and « Bespoke stone setting » will be communicated by e-mail during the confirmation order.

In case of problems with shipping, Nathalie Iuso will do everything possible to find a solution. If none can be found the Buyer will have the option to cancel his order and will get a refund as soon as possible.

In some countries, the price and the terms of delivery are different. For all shipping outside of mainland France, Nathalie Iuso reserves the right to modify the price and time of delivery. In any case the invoice or the quote will give the postage cost.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

A jewel box is provided with all purchases. If you would like a free small pouch with curling ribbon, please mention « Gift » in the "Comment" field at the time of your order.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

Once the parcel has been received, you have fifteen clear days to cancel your purchase, without having to give any reason.
Nathalie Iuso will refund any new product* in its original packaging.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Buyer must:

  • notify Nathalie Iuso of this decision by e-mail (or send his withdrawal by postal service to Nathalie Iuso, at 14 rue Chappe 75018 Paris, France)
  • return the ordered products covered by the withdrawal to

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned time, only the price of the products purchased will be refunded. The eventual delivery costs will also be refunded, except in the case of a partial withdrawal of the order.

The return shipping costs of these products can be refunded when you use Paypal on this website (find out more).

The products must not have been used, or have suffered any damage. Nathalie Iuso is not able to replace parcels lost during the return shipment if it does not have any tracking evidence.

(*) The « Bespoke creations » and « Bespoke stone setting » will not be refunded, on the understanding that they are made at the request of the Buyer, exclusively for him and under his control by exchange of e-mail and sometimes sketches or/and photos.

Article 7: Personal data

In accordance with the French law as it stands (n°78-17 of the 6 January 1978) you have a right to access, rectify and oppose digital data concerning you.

Article 8: Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in the user's web browser while the user is browsing it. It contains several identification and navigation data stored in a file.

Claims or challenges will always be received and considered carefully. In the event of a dispute, please first contact Nathalie Iuso in order to find a solution without resorting to judicial proceedings by stating the facts via our contact page.

In accordance with article 4 of decree no. 78-464 of 24 March 1978, the present provisions may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee that obliges the professional vendor to guarantee him against all the consequences of any hidden flaws in the item sold.
Nathalie Iuso only has an obligation of means for all the stages of access to the website, the ordering process, the delivery or subsequent services.

The present terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, you can bring the matter before the court of the place in which you reside or before a French courts.
